Experis Agile subject matter experts interviewed and surveyed client PMO, IT and business executives during an Agile readiness and adoption assessment to determine how Agile could be seamlessly matched to the organization’s culture.
A Scrum-based framework was designed based on Agile practices that could be communicated and adopted across the IT and business enterprises. Experis trained the client’s key IT and business stakeholders over the tailored Agile framework. Experis implemented the framework through pilot projects and provided key resources to minimize project risk and maximize delivery effectiveness.
