Stephanie Bergreen

Stephanie Bergreen is a marketer at heart who can quickly decipher systems and processes to provide clients with optimal solutions. She has worked in advertising, marketing, software development, and content management, bringing a balanced right- and left-brain approach to her work. Before joining Experis, Stephanie served as Senior Director of North America Client Services at Ektron, where she oversaw strategic accounts and managed project and implementation teams from proposal through post-production. She led and managed a highly successful 35-person cross-functional team delivering professional services across the U.S. and Canada. Stephanie began her career at an advertising agency, in roles including data analyst, production manager, account supervisor, and agency operations manager. Stephanie taught herself web development, developing her first data-driven website in 1997 for a Fortune 100 company. Her desire to interact directly with clients and her love for combining technology and marketing to provide solutions soon resulted in an opportunity to grow an interactive division for a Richmond agency Interactive team from two to 17 within a four-year period. As Vice President of Interactive, her responsibilities included strategy, creative, architecture and production from proposal through post-production. In addition to her strategic management responsibilities, Stephanie oversaw the development of the company CMS application, website builders, print-on-demand systems, intranet systems, online media campaigns, viral campaigns, e-commerce sites, third-party content management systems, and brochure sites. Stephanie has worked with clients across many verticals, including Rubbermaid, Microsoft, Kodak, Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBFF), Saint-Gobain, Wendy’s, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Richmond International Airport, Greater Toronto Airport Authority, Estes Transportation, Snag-A-Job, MiTek USA Covidien, Momentive Performance Materials, On Campus Marketing, Centura Health, Trizetto, City of Miami Beach, Special Olympics Virginia, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Catholic Diocese of Arlington, Nibco, Central Bancompany, Enersys, 21st Century Fox, Richmond Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau, Invensys Software (now Schneider Electric), John Hancock Financial, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Genworth Financial, Zeiss Optical and International Code Council.
